Rooms are being held at various hotels for SIU Congress participants at special rates. Hotel descriptions and policies are available below. The Grand Hotel Esplanade is the SIU 2011 Headquarter Hotel. Only reservations made through the official SIU Housing Bureau will benefit from special reduced rates.

Hotel rooms must be reserved with the Housing Bureau before September 1, 2011.

After this date, room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can only be guaranteed for the period specified on the housing form, which should be duly completed with the credit card details and sent by fax or e-mail to the Housing Bureau: Interplan AG. Any change in arrival/departure dates, or type of accommodations required should be forwarded in writing to the Housing Bureau. Adjustments will be made according to hotel availability.

Group Reservations
For group reservations of 20 rooms or more, please contact the SIU Central Office (congress@siucongress.org), to benefit from special Congress rates.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail or fax) to the Housing Bureau, as follows:
