During the Congress dates (Sunday to Thursday), registered delegates will have free access to Berlin's public transit system on the "AB" tariff zone, simply by showing their delegate badge. The AB zone includes all hotels in the SIU block and the social event venues.

Important: delegates staying at non-SIU-block hotels who wish to use their transit pass will have to make their way to participating hotels on their own, as the pass is not valid outside the AB zone.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Delegates unable to attend SIU 2011 will receive a full refund (less 25% for administration fees), provided a written request is received by the Congress Office on or before September 5, 2011. The Congress regrets that requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.

SIU Members
SIU members in good standing from “B” and “C” countries can benefit from special rates. Please contact your National Delegate or the SIU Central Office for details. These special rates will automatically apply when you register online.

Fees are quoted in € Euros and include VAT (19%).
