Hotel rooms at special rates are being held for SIU Congress participants. Reservations must be made through the Housing Bureau to guarantee the rates negotiated for the Congress. All rates are quoted in Euros, per night and per room for single, double or twin rooms including VAT and city tax unless otherwise indicated. |

The rates quoted herein could vary between 2 and 2.5% (depending on VAT and city tax fluctuations).

| Hotel rooms must be reserved either online or by sending the housing form to the Housing Bureau no later than June 1, 2007. |

After this date, rooms cannot be guaranteed. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first -served basis. A 2-night deposit per room will be required for individual bookings at time of reservation. As soon as your deposit is received, Colloquium will issue a letter confirming your reservation details.
Requests for group reservations must be made through the Housing Bureau. Please note that hotels have been instructed to refer direct group inquiries to Colloquium.

Policy is applicable to all individual hotel reservations. All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail, letter or fax) to the Housing Bureau as follows:

Cancellations made before July 1, 2007:
no charge, deposit paid will be refunded after the Congress
Cancellations made after July 1, 2007:
no refund
