The cost of exhibit space is €560 per m2 and may include if required:
- Structure,panels and lighting
- Basic furniture
- 1 company sign
- Carpet (one colour)
- Exhibit Hall security and general aisle cleaning

Three (3) exhibitor badges per 9 m2 of space
One (1) company delegate badge per company to access the scientific sessions
One (1) Congress bag per company

Sponsors will be given first priority in the selection ofbooth space.Remaining space will be allocated on a first come,first-served basis.
The exhibit office reserves the right to propose alternate locations for the overall benefit ofthe exhibition.
