An unusual and surprising place, le Jardin d’Acclimatation is a 49-acre amusement park on the northern part of the Bois de Boulogne, donated by Napoleon III and the Empress Eugénie to their subjects in 1860. Amidst merry-go-rounds, an extensive display of natural flowers, vegetables, trees and birds, and a mysterious enchanted river, you will be whisked back to the world of childhood. A festive Centennial evening sure to be remembered.

Amongst the figureheads of Parisian nightlife, some of the Moulin Rouge’s “unruly” entertainers have gone down in history, like the famous La Goulue, immortalized by Toulouse-Lautrec. Le Musée du Vin

The Wine Museum in Paris is a cultural centre which aims to display the rich diversity of France’s wine-making heritage. The Wine Museum’s exhibits of tools and memorabilia allow visitors to discover the ancient traditions of viticulture and wine-making. The Convent of Passy’s 15th-century cellars will be the unique venue for the evening, during which guests will have the opportunity to conduct a blind tasting of wines with an expert.

Galerie des BataillesYour host for this very special evening will be Louis XIV, the Sun King.
