Podium Presentations, SIU World Uro-Oncology Update and Sociedad Chilena de Urologia Annual Meeting
Podium presentations are 7 minutes in length, plus 3 minutes for discussion. Plan number of slides accordingly. Slides must be brought on-site to the speaker-preview room; please do not send them in advance.


Moderated Posters, SIU World Uro-Oncology Update and Sociedad Chilena de Urologia Annual Meeting
Moderated poster sessions are 120 minutes. The first 15 minutes or so will be devoted to viewing the posters (see poster dimensions below). Then, each presenter will step to the podium and present 3 minutes of highlights. Presenters should prepare a maximum of 2 slides per talk. Meeting rooms will be equipped with a data projector and laptop.

Posters should be mounted 15 minutes prior to session start time, and dismounted immediately at session conclusion.


Unmoderated Posters, SIU World Uro-Oncology Update
Unmoderated posters will be displayed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Posters must be mounted by 9:00 on Thursday, and dismounted by 12:00 on Saturday. There will be no audio-visual equipment in the unmoderated poster area. See poster dimensions below.


Videos, SIU World Uro-Oncology Update and Sociedad Chilena de Urologia Annual Meeting
Moderated videos must be a maximum of 7 minutes in length, allowing time for a 3-minute question-and-answer period led by the session moderator. Please send the final DVD version of your video to the SIU Programme Office (1155 University Street, Suite 1155, Montreal, QC, Canada H3B 3A7), by Wednesday, October 1, 2008.


Poster Dimensions, SIU World Uro-Oncology Update and Sociedad Chilena de Urologia Annual Meeting
Poster dimensions (both for moderated and unmoderated posters) shall be a maximum of 95cm (37.4 inches) in width by 150cm (59 inches) in height. You must hold to these dimensions, as the poster boards will be laid out in such a way that inhibits overlap onto the contiguous surface. Materials will be provided on site for mounting posters. Boards will be pre-numbered, so there is no need to print your abstract code on the poster.
