Registration fees for accompanying persons include Opening Ceremonies and Welcome Reception (Sunday), SIU Night (Monday), access to exhibit hall, accompanying persons’ kit and city tour.
Delegates unable to attend SIU 2009 will receive a full refund (less 25% for administration charges), provided a written request is received by the Congress Office on or before September 18, 2009. The Congress regrets that requests received after this date will not be eligible. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.

Name substitutions received before September 18, 2009 will not be charged. Substitution requests received after this date will be processed at a cost of US $25.
